Job Summary
Drive territory sales growth for ARDEX and Henry products across the designated Florida territory, with daily field coverage from the Fort Lauderdale base. Lead generation, new business development, and building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects. Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions; provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Requires minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in flooring or tiling systems; bilingual English and Spanish is advantageous. Travel within the territory daily with some overnight stays; valid driver’s license and ability to lift/carry as needed. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
