Job Summary
Sales Professional at an onsite Newton, MA location responsible for driving the full sales cycle in residential painting. Conduct on-site evaluations to generate highly accurate project estimates, develop detailed proposals with timelines and material requirements, and manage multiple estimations while meeting deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing expert consultations and recommendations to align with homeowners’ visions. Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution, monitor industry trends, participate in ongoing training, and ensure proposals and contracts comply with relevant laws and standards. Must be meticulous, persuasive, analytical, proactive, independent, and customer-obsessed, with proven experience in sales and project estimation for residential painting or a related field. Onsite availability is required; remote work is not offered. Compensation includes salary in the $70k–$85k range plus commission/bonus, with comprehensive benefits.
