Job Summary
As a Family Service Counselor/Sales Professional at East Lawn in Sacramento, you will build relationships with families, educate clients on the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery services, and guide them through our service options to secure peace of mind for the future. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with a team, and use Microsoft Office and CRM systems to support outreach and client management. A minimum of five years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a CA Limited license (or ability to obtain one) are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Proven sales experience with targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to individuals and groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Current CA Limited license or ability to obtain one
