Job Summary
Assist guests in turning their house into a home by selling appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, and home decor. Deliver the Superstore Retail Experience through excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and a high-energy customer satisfaction focus. Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently using Windows-based computer programs while maintaining basic numerical reasoning and reading skills. Work a retail schedule with the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly, including lifting up to 15 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great listening ability
- High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment
- Available to work a retail schedule
- Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
