Job Summary
Greet clients, discover their home needs, and engage them with merchandise options including features and benefits. Assist customers in designing spaces they will love while maintaining an aspirational appearance in the showroom. Learn product knowledge to share with clients and participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities. Contribute positively to team sales goals by providing exceptional client service during and post-sale interactions. Available 40 hours per week with some evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client traffic. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
- Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
- Self-motivated and strong Team player
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
- Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic
Desired Qualifications
- Proven furniture sales experience and/or Interior Design knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement
