Create and sustain a pleasant, hospitable work environment while serving all customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Handle merchandise as directed, ensuring proper categories and colorization, and maintain the store by keeping it sufficiently stocked and ragged out according to the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Assist with store operations, cleaning, and general maintenance of store property. Handle all donations with care, respecting donors, and immediately report theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Comply with store policies and support the work therapy program by providing beneficiaries with an example of professional conduct and work habits.
