Sales & Production Associate

Manage store and production areas by maintaining order, stocking merchandise according to the ARC COMMAND RAG OUT CALENDAR, and ensuring a clean, clutter-free environment. Serve customers courteously, handle donations with respect, and assist with general store operations and maintenance. Report theft, complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately to management while upholding store policies. This role supports the work therapy program by demonstrating professional conduct to beneficiaries.
