Maintain order and create a pleasant, hospitable work environment while serving all customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Handle donations and merchandise with care, ensuring proper categorization and colorization, and keep the store stocked according to the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Assist with store operations, cleaning, and general maintenance, while immediately reporting theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Comply with all store policies and support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries.
