Create a pleasant, hospitable work environment and maintain strong customer relationships while serving all donors and customers courteously. Handle donations with respect, manage merchandise by category and color, and ensure the store is stocked and ragged out per the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Assist with general store operations, cleaning, and maintenance, and immediately report theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries. Comply strictly with all store policies and directions.
