Job Summary
Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and ensure the store is stocked and ragged out per the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Serve all customers courteously while handling donations with respect and maintaining proper merchandise categories. Assist with store operations, cleaning, and general maintenance, and immediately report theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Comply with all store policies and support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries. English proficiency and strong customer service skills are required. This role supports The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center's mission to provide a hospitable environment within the production store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English for effective communication with supervisors, employees, beneficiaries, and customers.
