Sales & Production Associate

Manage store and production area operations by serving customers courteously, handling donations with respect, and maintaining proper merchandise categories and colorization. Ensure the store is sufficiently stocked according to the "ARC COMMAND RAG OUT CALENDAR," perform cleaning and general maintenance, and maintain a clutter-free work environment. Assist with store operations as required while reporting theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to management. Comply with all store policies and support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries. Maintain a pleasant, hospitable atmosphere and uphold customer relationships throughout your shift.
