Job Summary
Greet customers and donors, provide excellent service, and process purchases using the POS system in a fast-paced Goodwill retail environment. Track and inventory donations, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling. Maintain organized stockroom and report discrepancies. Uphold Kaizen standards, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrate safety awareness and apply donation policies; handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, assist with end-of-day deposits, and support store operations through teamwork and positive customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible availability
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, PPE, and light industrial machinery.
