Greet customers and provide excellent service while processing donations: sort, price, tag, and stock donated items; use the POS system to handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and assist with end-of-day deposits. Maintain organized stockroom/inventory, report discrepancies, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, uphold Kaizen-driven improvements to efficiency and workflow, and follow donation policies and safety procedures to ensure a positive, customer-focused experience. Essential duties include aiding in inventory tracking, restocking merchandise, and contributing to a team-oriented environment as assigned by the supervisor.
