Job Summary
Greet donors and customers, provide friendly service, and process donations and purchases at a Goodwill store in LaPorte, IN. Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of donated items, perform inventory counts, restock merchandise, and ensure orderly stockroom operations. Handle POS transactions, monitor cash drawer, and assist with end-of-day deposits. Collaborate with team to support store operations, uphold Kaizen standards, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a safe environment, and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors. Part-time role with flexible availability; requires US work authorization.
Required Qualifications

- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, PPE, and light industrial machinery
