Job Summary
Sales Production Associate at Goodwill in Lansing (Part-Time). Responsibilities include greeting donors, delivering excellent customer service, processing donations at the POS, handling cash and deposits, tracking inventory, restocking merchandise, pricing donated items, ensuring accurate counts, maintaining organized stockrooms, and collaborating with team members to support store operations in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong customer service, attention to detail in donation sorting/pricing, ability to learn donation policies, basic safety awareness, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior experience with POS systems and cash handling is beneficial.
