Job Summary
Greet customers and donors with a positive, customer-first mindset; sort, inspect, price, tag, and stock donated items; manage accurate POS transactions and assist with end-of-day cash balancing; track inventory and restock the sales floor; ensure store operations run smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment; collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain Kaizen standards, safety protocols, and a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, PPE, and light industrial machinery.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and organization.
