Sales Production Associate - Hobart - FT

Sales Production Associate located in Hobart, IN. Responsibilities include greeting customers, delivering excellent customer service, processing purchases with the POS system, handling cash and card transactions, balancing cash at end of day, tracking inventory, restocking merchandise, and reporting discrepancies. Maintain organized stockroom/back-end, ensure proper item pricing and quality, and apply donation policies per store guidelines. Work collaboratively with teammates to support fast-paced store operations and Kaizen-oriented process improvements. Reports to the Store Manager and supports the Goodwill mission with a customer-first mindset, safety adherence, and a positive, team-oriented environment. Required skills include strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to learn donation policies, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to operate PPE and light industrial equipment as needed. This is a full-time daytime role in a charity retail setting.
