Job Summary
Present the manufacturer's product, features, and benefits to customers along with taking test drives; assist sales managers in the sales/delivery process; keep up to date on all dealer information and industry news; participate in our training program to develop sales skills and product knowledge; obtain a high level of customer satisfaction by assessing customer needs to achieve strong results; perform other tasks as required by the manager; some nights and weekends required; location is Quirk Volkswagen in Braintree, MA; requires a valid driver's license and willingness to learn using state-of-the-art training tools.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Experience is welcome but not required. Our training and orientation program will have you comfortable, capable, and confident.
