Job Summary
Licensed Sales Producer to generate new business and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other insurance lines for Allstate Jason Rounds Agency in Las Vegas. Develop client relationships, provide proactive follow-up and guidance, review coverage, identify cross-selling opportunities, maintain accurate client records, stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and Nevada regulations, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty License preferred
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with quoting systems and CRM software is a plus
