Job Summary
Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products by defining and configuring optimal solutions for Patient Management Systems and Hospital Systems. Serve as a subject matter expert to understand customer pain points, recommend tailored solutions, and communicate critical feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic roadmap. Own pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning while sourcing new opportunities and shepherding inbound requests. Collaborate with Sales teams and Treasury Representatives to drive quota attainment and upskill the team on product knowledge. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with roughly 35% travel required. Support J.P. Morgan Payments' end-to-end suite for healthcare organizations by ensuring HIPAA-compliant, seamless payment processing across consumers, providers, and health tech companies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
- Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and written
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios
- Travel required, expected roughly 35%
