Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Lawn Doctor will generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calls, follow-ups on estimates, building CRM-driven customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, supporting service and technician teams, and meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets. Preferred knowledge of agronomy, landscaping, or lawn care is a plus. Location is primarily office-based in Kentwood, MI with occasional field visits; opportunities for career advancement within the sales department.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience with proven ability to close deals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Problem-solving and ability to address customer objections
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and CRM software (training provided)
