Job Summary
Create connections with customers, identify their preferences and buying motives, and assess trade-ins. Present financial propositions, conduct vehicle deliveries, and follow up post-delivery. Maintain high ethical standards while developing lasting relationships through the e-Leads internet program. Greet customers immediately upon entry to generate new sales and contact prospects. Keep up to date with new products and sales promotions. Work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years sales, customer service, or related work experience
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
