Job Summary
Conduct vehicle delivery processes and follow up with customers after delivery. Assess customer trade-ins, present financial propositions, and identify customer preferences, needs, and buying motives. Maintain high ethical standards while developing and sustaining relationships with current and prospective clients. Greet customers immediately upon entry and utilize the e-Leads internet program to generate new sales and contact leads. Provide a professional sales experience by staying current on new products and sales promotions. Work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years sales, customer service, or related work experience
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
