Create connections with customers, identify their preferences and buying motives, and assess trade-ins. Present financial propositions, satisfy customer needs, and conduct the vehicle delivery process. Follow up with customers after delivery. Maintain high ethical standards and professional sales experiences while developing lasting relationships. Work with the e-Leads internet program to generate new sales and contact current and prospective customers. Greet customers as soon as they enter the dealership. Keep up to date with new products and changes in sales promotions.
