Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry, assess trade-ins, and present financial propositions while maintaining high ethical standards. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients by utilizing the e-Leads program to generate new sales and follow up post-delivery. Conduct the vehicle delivery process and ensure a professional sales experience throughout the dealership. Work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled. This role is integral to the Reineke Family Dealerships community connection strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years sales, customer service, or related work experience
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
