Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting home furnishings, meet sales goals, advise on quality and value, develop customer experience and sales execution, verify prices, prepare merchandise tags, set up displays, arrange delivery/pickup, resolve delivery issues, perform telemarketing prospecting, maintain CRM records, handle inquiries, attend sales meetings, ensure clean and orderly sales area, assist with credit applications, and uphold Farmers Furniture’s HOME values while actively engaging customers in sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six months experience in practical retail sells
- or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
