Sales Person

Assist customers to select and purchase home furnishings to achieve sales goals. Advise customers on quality, style, or value; develop expertise in customer experience and sales execution to meet customer needs. Verify prices, calculate discounts, and process sales orders. Tag merchandise, set up displays, stock shelves, and prepare/coordinate delivery or pickup with customers. Maintain accurate CRM records, handle inquiries in person or by phone, attend sales meetings, maintain a clean and orderly sales area, assist with credit applications, and uphold store standards and the H.O.M.E values. Demonstrate ability to prospect sales, use the CRM, and deliver strong customer service while contributing to weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
