Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting home furnishings, provide guidance on quality and value, and work toward established sales goals. Build expertise in customer experience and sales execution, verify prices, process sales orders and discounts, tag and display merchandise, stock sales areas, coordinate delivery/pickup, resolve delivery issues, conduct customer outreach via telemarketing CRM updates, attend sales meetings, and uphold Display Standards, Customer Service Counter Standards, and the company’s H.O.M.E values. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, including credit applications, and support overall store operations with focus on customer service and sales effectiveness while adhering to equal opportunity and ADA accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in practical retail sells; or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
