Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing home furnishings to meet sales goals. Advise on quality, style, and value; develop expertise in customer experience and sales execution; verify prices and handle sales orders; apply promotions and discounts; set up and stock displays; coordinate delivery and pickup; resolve delivery or product issues; maintain CRM records and participate in sales meetings; contribute to credit applications and store policies as needed. Uphold store standards and customer service expectations while pursuing daily and weekly sales targets and maintaining merchandise organization and displays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six months experience in practical retail sells
