Job Summary
Sell luxury Lexus vehicles at the Peoria dealership by greeting customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives, demonstrating features and benefits, assisting with financing and sales applications, and maintaining knowledge of inventory and incentives. Build relationships, deliver high-level customer service before/during/after the sale, collaborate with management to achieve sales goals, and ensure showroom/lot vehicles are properly displayed and merchandised. Training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities are offered in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
