Job Summary
Greet customers, assess their needs, and discuss vehicle options while maintaining knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles, then build and nurture relationships to develop a stable clientele. Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business and manage the entire vehicle sales and lease process from greeting to delivery. Maintain a positive attitude and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is based at Lexus of Manhattan, where you will earn competitive wages plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
- 1-2 years automotive sales experience
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Out-going personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Professional appearance
