Job Summary
KPI Strategy, Governance & Performance Optimization: Assess and optimize KPIs to align with strategic objectives; design and govern performance metrics; identify revenue risks, gaps, and growth opportunities. Performance Audit & Controls: Audit MBO scorecards for accuracy and policy compliance; validate documentation; ensure pipeline quality and forecast reliability. Reporting & Revenue Analytics: Standardize and automate reporting; deliver actionable insights to sales leadership and executives; analyze revenue trends and provide ad hoc analyses. Data Governance & Operations: Consolidate datasets, ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems; support data operations and payouts. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, Advanced Excel, Tableau (Desktop/Prep), and SQL, plus 2–3+ years of data analysis and experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
- Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities
- 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or performance auditing
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL (a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales channels (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and data risks
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong documentation and presentation skills
