Job Summary

Sales Partner Manager for NAMER at Notion leading the partner ecosystem, recruiting and onboarding channel partners, enabling scalable programs, and driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You’ll own end-to-end partner lifecycle, align activity with the North America sales team pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Customer Success, and others. Location flexibility includes San Francisco or New York City with travel across North America; compensation targets total earnings between $260k and $300k annually, with base plus incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management
  • proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Success
  • excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • builder’s mindset and ability to operate in a high-growth environment
  • comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
  • based in SF or NYC; willingness to travel across North America
