Job Summary
Experienced sales professional to lead Parking Structures Group, develop and execute a sales plan, build client relationships, manage lead generation and tracking, prepare proposals, negotiate and present to clients; will travel to client meetings and events, with occasional overnight travel; seeks candidates with background in sales/business development in A/E/C, parking design/layout/site planning, strong communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or business development in the A/E/C industry
- Prior experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
- Proven ability in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Prior marketing and/or business development experience with U.S.-based corporations, hospitals and higher education institutions, a plus
