Job Summary
Greet and assist customers by identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Demonstrate products, replenish shelves per guidelines, and restock merchandise as required. Maintain pricing accuracy, keep work areas clean and stocked, and operate the Point of Sale register system. Provide a legendary shopping experience through friendly communication and adherence to company policies. Starting pay is $14.00 to $16.75 for part-time hours with benefits including discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Must be able to lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)
- Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds constantly
- Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Must be able to occasionally work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to occasionally work in noisy environments
- Must be able to occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools
- Must be able to occasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to constantly stand and/or walk during shift
- Must be able to constantly communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to occasionally repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
