Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide product recommendations based on their needs. Demonstrate products, replenish shelves per guidelines, and restock as required while maintaining pricing accuracy. Assist with seasonal floor moves, keep work areas clean and stocked, and promote programs including Club Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Operate the Point of Sale register, calculate discounts, and make change. Stand or walk constantly, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, and work in noisy environments. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.75 for part-time hours. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, resorts, and conservation attractions, plus dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
