Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in purchasing Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms) by identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB membership and IN Store Pick up. Organize and maintain merchandise within the retail store, replenishing shelves per guidelines and assisting with seasonal floor moves. Demonstrate products to customers, ensure the work area remains clean and well-stocked, and maintain accurate pricing and signing information. Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales through ongoing product training and follow all company policies. Part-time role requiring high school diploma, 0-2 years retail experience, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or power tools
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
