Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide information and assistance on Hunting/Archery Floor Merchandise. Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote CLUB membership and IN Store Pick up programs. Demonstrate products, organize store displays, and replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines. Maintain pricing accuracy, assist with seasonal moves, and keep work areas clean and stocked. Remain product experts through ongoing training while following all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to stand and/or walk constantly
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or power tools
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
