Greet customers promptly and provide friendly assistance while handling merchandise with care. Identify customer needs and make product recommendations for hunting and archery gear, promoting club memberships and in-store pickup programs. Demonstrate products, organize and maintain the sales floor, and replenish shelves according to merchandising guidelines. Stay current on advertised sales, pricing, and signing requirements. Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and keep the work area clean and well-stocked.
