Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide assistance on Hunting/Archery Floor Merchandise (non-Firearms). Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup programs. Demonstrate products, organize and maintain store displays, replenish shelves per guidelines, and assist with seasonal floor moves. Remain an expert through ongoing training, maintain pricing accuracy, and keep the work area clean and stocked. Follow all company policies and procedures while supporting a legendary shopping experience.
