Job Summary
Greet and assist customers by identifying their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Demonstrate merchandise, replenish shelves per guidelines, and restock seasonal floor items while maintaining pricing accuracy. Operate the Point of Sale register, calculate discounts, and keep the work area clean and well-stocked. Remain a product expert through ongoing training and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
