Job Summary
Sales Outfitter responsible for greeting customers, demonstrating products, providing information and recommendations, promoting programs (including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up), maintaining shelves and staying a product expert through training, while assisting customers in making buying decisions and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience. Duties include merchandising, restocking, ensuring pricing and signage accuracy, and supporting overall store operations with strong customer service and teamwork. Requires ability to stand/walk, lift up to 100 pounds with team lift as needed, and operate a POS system; provides benefits like discounts and a comprehensive benefits package upon full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers
