Job Summary
Receive and process incoming equipment, software, and other orders by verifying sales order packages for accuracy. Collaborate with Sales, Administration, and Operations teams to ensure orders are complete, accurate, billed, and funded. Handle processing equipment orders, national account ship-in orders, trade-ins, and indexing sales packets into workflow. Utilize ERP systems and ECM tools to manage billing and delivery paperwork. Requires extensive billing experience and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive billing experience
- HS Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
- Proficiency in E-Automate or other similar ERP system
- Proficiency with ECM/Workflow software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion
