Provides administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and customer visits; ensures compliance with pricing guidelines and approval processes; proficient in CRM and Excel to analyze and interpret sales data; emphasizes organization, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused problem-solving to support Vertiv strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support or administrative role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, manage priorities, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
