Job Summary
Entry-level Sales Operations & Support Analyst role at Vertiv focusing on alignment and execution across SIOP functions, acting as a bridge between Field Sales and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Offering Management, Legal, Finance, Accounting) to ensure deal execution, scalability, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include project management support, Quarterly Business Reviews, reporting, updating opportunity status, tracking orders, collaboration with Pricing, Finance, Legal, and IMS teams, pipeline mapping, Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing, Buy/Resale procedures, SP1/SP2/BSP submissions and commission claims, demand planning inputs, forecasting procedures, and various ad-hoc tasks. Qualifications emphasize analytical, process-driven, collaborative skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Oracle/EBS familiarity are assets. The role requires ability to work with large data sets, generate reports, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience in a professional, analytical, or technical support role may be considered in place of a degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle/EBS systems is an advantage
- Ability to work with large data sets, generate reports, and utilize data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Professional and customer-oriented approach to internal and external interactions
- Strong phone and email etiquette with good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently
