Job Summary
Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee the development of phone agents, ensure adherence to client performance and quality indicators, and drive improvements through weekly productivity reporting, call monitoring, calibration sessions, and coaching. Responsibilities include escalating calls, auditing procedures, providing ongoing feedback, coordinating training for new hires, and handling administrative follow-ups (permits, medical leaves, and documentation). Requires leadership experience in a call center, sales background, and proficiency with CRM/dialer/monitoring tools, along with strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a call center environment
- Experience in sales (minimum 1-2 years)
- Availability to commit to a schedule Monday - Sunday (5 days work week) Multiple Schedules
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with call center technology (CRM systems, dialers, performance monitoring tools)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
