Job Summary
Coordinate sales team schedules, staffing, and PTO coverage while serving as the primary operational support resource to the Director of Sales. Lead by example to meet personal sales goals and assist in achieving territory targets through recruiting, training, and coaching new representatives. Monitor CRM usage and compliance with sales processes, resolve customer service concerns, and conduct difficult conversations as needed. Assist with contract paperwork, cemetery records, and implementation of sales initiatives and policies. Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and professionalism while promoting relationships between the sales team and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of successful sales experience

- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid state driver's license
