Job Summary
Leads end-to-end sales operations projects, analyzes sales and contact center data to identify trends and root causes, designs workflows and scalable tools, and delivers standardized and ad hoc dashboards/reports using Thoughtspot, Hex, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce (SFDC) and other BI tools. Applies SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets models to support performance cycles; audits CRM/workflows, documents inbound/outbound sales motions and telephony processes; develops SOPs and operational documentation; facilitates cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications; identifies operational risks and builds measurement frameworks to evaluate workflow effectiveness and agent effort; serves as embedded SME within day-to-day sales operations with occasional travel and onsite work at the Reno, NV office.
