Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist at Vortex: onboard and train channel partners on products, systems, and processes; support partners throughout the sales and order lifecycle; process and track orders and project updates; maintain partner opportunities and account information in Salesforce; coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve inquiries and support project execution; communicate pricing, product, and policy updates; identify process improvements to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency. Requires a college/university degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field, 2+ years in sales support or operations coordination, experience with distributors or channel partners, strong organizational and CRM skills (Salesforce), excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual English/French.
Required Qualifications
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, customer success, or a similar role
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, or channel partners is a strong asset
- Bilingualism in English and French; advanced level of English required
