Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Review and build quotes for accuracy, pricing compliance, and policy alignment while collaborating with sales, finance, and legal teams on complex deal structures. Manage license file delivery, purchase order distribution, and case intake, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and Salesforce support. Document processes and identify opportunities to continuously improve operational efficiency across quote-to-cash workflows. Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required; Salesforce and CPQ familiarity preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience reviewing or building quotes, processing orders, or supporting sales teams
- Basic understanding of sales processes, quoting workflows, and contract terms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain quotes, pricing, and processes to sales teams and stakeholders
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive pricing and customer information confidentially
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn complex deal structures and pricing models
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, business operations, or related analytical roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude with ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical systems quickly and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience with process documentation or workflow improvement initiatives
